Biography

I have started and run "Successfully Ever After," as a life coach for individuals, family groups and businesses since 2003. I've more than 20 years of experience helping people find, focus on and build their strengths to enjoy a more productive, satisfied life.

My past work as a grief counselor for more than seven years with Allina Hospice has helped give me great insight into supporting families by helping them tap into their resiliency during such unimaginably difficult end-of-life transitions.  Such work has encouraged/reinforced my belief in focusing on strengths.

I have my Master of Arts in counseling and psychotherapy and coaching certification from Adler Graduate School.  As an active member in Minnesota Coaches Association, I continue to earn Coaching Education Units, via courses that keep me current in all aspects in this growing field.
