Groups

group strengths finder

Up till now, I've been talking about life coaching for individuals.  But what about life coaching for groups? My group coaching experience is quite varied. From law firms, banks, clinics, insurance companies and family-owned businesses to church boards, coaches, extended families and book clubs. I conduct one-hour workshops up to full-day workshops. Two-hour to half-day are the most requested. I am even available for off-site weekend workshops. Whichever best fits your group's needs and schedules. Before the workshop takes place, I strongly recommend that everyone participating take the StrengthsFinders  online assessment and bring the results to the workshop. Via my coaching exercises, everyone then uses the knowledge of what their strengths are and those of others, to truly understand each other better. The goal, of course, is to interact with each other more comfortably, and enhance relationships, be it working, social or familial. And whether you are employees, members of a social organization or a family -- knowing your own strengths and each other's, can only help you respond more positively to one another.

"Cinda facilitated a half-day workshop for me and my staff on the StrengthsFinder instrument.…[as one of the coaching exercises] we even got to draw…and ended up showing others the visual way we see our strengths playing out in our lives…"

Nancy Giacomuzzi, director of Business Network International (BNI), Minnesota and Western Wisconsin

"On behalf of the entire Animal Clinic of Sturgeon Bay team, thanks for conducting a simply superb Strengthsfinder and team-building workshop…as you learned, our team is a very diverse group relative to age, gender, background, education and role in the practice. Yet, they are all bonded by their love of people and animals, and a strong desire to help both species…You have set the team on the path of individual growth by arming them with a connection to their own strengths. And, you have benefited the animal clinic by guiding each team member toward discovering insights on how to help their teammates grow…"

Lois Kurschner, DVM, Owner of Animal Clinic of Sturgeon Bay (WI)

And in a followup from Lois, Kurschner, three months after workshop:

"…Since having Cinda in to speak to our Animal Hospital Clinic [staff], I have noticed feeling more self-confident…I meet things head on with open eyes instead of thinking [every animal that cannot be saved] is my fault. Even inviting Cinda in to work with my staff…[my colleague] was impressed that I took a practice initiative that put us way ahead of a majority of clinics, as far as taking care of our staff."

Businesses/organizations that have taken advantage of my workshops:
